- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions across various platforms to showcase our product line.
- Engage actively with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and feedback in real-time.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly to persuade and inform potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align with campaign goals and promotional strategies.
- Maintain a professional and friendly image that aligns with brand identity during all broadcasts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics during live sessions and pivot strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest live commerce trends and implement new techniques to increase viewer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Live Streaming Host, content creator, or presenter is highly preferred.
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of social media live platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain audience interest and enthusiasm.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A good understanding of sales techniques and persuasive communication.
- Flexible to work according to live streaming schedules.
