NEXLINK BERSAMA NUSANTARA is looking for a dynamic and charismatic Live Streaming Host to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. As a key player in our B2B distribution platform, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with our audience through live broadcasts to boost product awareness and drive conversion.
We are seeking an energetic individual who thrives in front of the camera, stays up-to-date with social media trends, and is passionate about delivering high-quality content. You will be responsible for creating an immersive shopping experience, demonstrating product features, and fostering a community around our professional distribution services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live streaming sessions across various social media platforms to promote company products.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to inquiries, and managing the chat flow effectively.
- Develop creative scripts and talking points to ensure engaging and informative product demonstrations.
- Analyze streaming performance metrics to optimize future content and increase viewer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align live content with promotional campaigns.
- Ensure technical equipment (lighting, audio, camera) is set up correctly before each broadcast.
- Maintain brand voice and professional standards throughout all live interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Live Streamer, Content Creator, or in Sales/Public Speaking roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with an online audience quickly.
- Confident, energetic, and highly articulate in front of a camera.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or similar live-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced live environments.
- Fast learner with an interest in B2B distribution and technology products.
