Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy, engaging live streaming sessions on various social media platforms.
- Showcase products, answer audience questions, and build rapport with viewers to drive interaction.
- Develop creative content and scripts for upcoming live shows to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor live metrics and viewer engagement to adjust hosting style in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream events with promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a professional, upbeat, and welcoming persona during every broadcast.
- Handle technical setups, including lighting, audio, and platform interface management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
- Confident, articulate, and highly comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- A creative personality with a genuine interest in social media trends and live-streaming culture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Disciplined, punctual, and able to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by the streaming schedule.
- Basic knowledge of social media platform tools (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
