Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram.
- Demonstrate beauty and skincare products effectively, explaining key benefits and usage instructions to the audience.
- Actively engage with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and building a sense of community.
- Execute sales-driven strategies to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to prepare scripts, product highlights, and session themes.
- Maintain a high level of energy and professional presentation throughout every broadcast.
- Analyze viewer feedback and engagement metrics to optimize future live sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Live Streamer, Key Opinion Leader (KOL), or Sales Host, specifically within the Beauty or Cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a fluid, confident, and persuasive speaking style.
- Well-groomed appearance with an understanding of current beauty trends and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle live Q&A sessions professionally.
- Highly energetic, creative, and comfortable in front of a camera.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by live campaign schedules.
- Proficient in digital marketing trends and basic social media e-commerce features.
