PT Triuslive Inovasi Indonesia is looking for an energetic and persuasive Live Streaming Host to join our growing team in Cileungsi. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with thousands of viewers on platforms like TikTok and Shopee.
As our Live Streaming Host, your primary mission is to create a dynamic and interactive shopping experience. You will showcase our product range, answer customer inquiries in real-time, and implement sales strategies that turn viewers into loyal customers. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in front of the camera, thrives under pressure, and has a natural ability to build rapport with an online audience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms consistently.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Manage real-time interactions, responding to audience comments and questions to build community and trust.
- Develop creative scripts and themes for live broadcasts to keep the audience entertained and interested.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream content with ongoing promotions and sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze streaming performance metrics to optimize future broadcasts.
- Drive sales conversions by effectively communicating special offers and urgency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a live streamer, KOL, or in a sales-oriented public speaking role.
- Confident, energetic, and natural communication style in front of a camera.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Shopee live streaming features and algorithms.
- Ability to improvise and handle live situations with professionalism and positivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse online audience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to match peak shopping times.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
