Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram to promote fashion products.
- Effectively demonstrate products, explain sizing, fabrics, and styling tips to the audience.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and addressing comments to drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to brainstorm creative themes for live broadcasts.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets through persuasive storytelling and active selling.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and brand-aligned persona throughout all streaming sessions.
- Monitor and analyze streaming metrics to continuously improve performance and viewer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Stream Host, KOL, or in a similar sales-driven role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with an online audience quickly.
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera for extended periods.
- Deep passion for fashion trends, styling, and garment quality.
- Highly energetic, creative, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing schedules.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by campaign peaks.
