In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with our audience in real-time, showcasing our exciting product range, and driving sales through energetic and persuasive live broadcasts. You will be responsible for creating a lively and entertaining atmosphere, answering viewer questions, and ensuring a seamless streaming experience that keeps our audience coming back for more.
Tanggung Jawab
- Host live streaming sessions on various platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee, Instagram Live, etc.) with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Engage with viewers by answering questions, reading comments, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Demonstrate products clearly, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales and conversion.
- Drive sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products during the broadcast.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare scripts, product showcases, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor stream quality, audio, and video to ensure a professional viewer experience.
- Analyze stream performance and viewer feedback to improve future broadcasts.
Kualifikasi
- Experience as a Live Streamer, Host, or in a similar sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a charismatic personality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and sales techniques.
- High proficiency in using smartphone cameras and live streaming applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
