Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits creatively to captivate the audience.
- Execute high-selling techniques to drive immediate purchase actions during live broadcasts.
- Manage interactions, respond to comments, and answer product inquiries in real-time.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaign themes.
- Maintain consistent energy and professional presentation throughout the live session.
- Monitor and analyze live streaming performance metrics to improve future conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Live Streaming Host, Sales Representative, or Content Creator is a strong advantage.
- High confidence, articulate communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong understanding of 'Hard Selling' techniques and persuasive communication.
- Energetic personality and comfortable speaking in front of a large camera audience.
- Willing to be based in Teluknaga, Banten.
- Familiarity with digital marketplace trends and livestreaming tools.
- Target-oriented and motivated by sales achievements.
