Are you a natural in front of the camera with a passion for coffee culture? PT Republik Kopi Nasional is looking for a charismatic and high-energy Live Streaming Host to join our growing digital team in Jakarta Utara. As the face of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with our online community, showcasing our premium coffee products, and driving sales through interactive live sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram.
We are seeking an individual who is not just a presenter, but a brand storyteller. If you have the ability to turn casual viewers into loyal customers through engaging dialogue, product demonstrations, and a bubbly personality, we want to hear from you. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional, engaging, and high-energy live streaming sessions on various e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Demonstrate and explain product benefits, brewing methods, and unique selling points of our coffee range.
- Actively interact with the audience by answering questions, responding to comments, and addressing feedback in real-time.
- Drive sales targets and conversion rates by creating urgency and promoting ongoing marketing campaigns or discounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare scripts, product lineups, and promotional highlights for each session.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic during all broadcast sessions.
- Analyze streaming performance data to suggest improvements for engagement and conversion.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Live Streaming Host, Sales Presenter, or similar role in the e-commerce sector.
- Comfortable and confident in front of a camera; possess an energetic and outgoing personality.
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills in Bahasa Indonesia (Fluency in English is a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, live streaming etiquette, and sales techniques.
- Ability to improvise and handle live situations with professionalism and wit.
- Passionate about coffee culture and the F&B industry.
- Must be willing to work from our office in Jakarta Utara and be available for flexible streaming schedules.
