Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to HVAC systems, lighting, and other building systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, materials used, and time spent.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe before, during, and after tasks.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of hotel events and special functions as required.
- Adhere to all hotel safety policies, procedures, and relevant building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to minimize disruption to guest services during maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in a maintenance role, ideally within a hotel, hospitality, or similar large facility environment.
- Strong practical knowledge and skills in at least three of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Vocational diploma or technical certification in a relevant trade is highly desirable.
