Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Execute general repairs including painting, carpentry, lighting fixture replacement, and minor plumbing fixes.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and hotel operational standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in building maintenance, general repair, or a related technical trade.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting and working in confined spaces.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Relevant certification in technical or vocational training is considered a strong advantage.
