Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment to ensure optimal functioning and safety
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to guest services
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Stay updated on the latest industry practices and technologies to continuously improve maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in relevant field (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.)
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or similar hospitality environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures for hotel facilities and equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions
