In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of our property, ensuring that all guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience during their stay.
As our Hotel Technician, you will be responsible for the proactive maintenance and rapid repair of hotel infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, and aesthetic building repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems throughout the building.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and departments to ensure minimal disruption.
- Maintain building aesthetics, including painting, carpentry work, and minor wall/floor repairs.
- Manage the maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration units to ensure optimal climate control.
- Document all repair work, parts usage, and maintenance logs accurately in the hotel system.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and fire prevention regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering/Building Maintenance (SKM/VTO/MLVK preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or building facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and general building repairs.
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety blueprints.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude toward guest services.
- Must be willing to work on shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces when necessary.
