Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Prepare and serve breakfast to guests according to specific requests
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are adequately maintained
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, and folding
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks during low-occupancy periods
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic food preparation knowledge for breakfast service
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage
