PT Prismaco Jaya Indonesia is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented HP Executive Assistant / Account Officer to join our team in the Karawang region. In this role, you will be the face of our IT solutions, specifically focusing on promoting and selling HP printer products and comprehensive IT services to our corporate and commercial clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing corporate accounts in Karawang.
- Actively promote and sell HP printer products and integrated IT service solutions to meet monthly sales quotas.
- Conduct product demonstrations and prepare technical/commercial proposals for potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver IT service solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field (Marketing, IT, or Business Administration preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or field marketing, preferably in the IT hardware industry.
- Strong understanding of HP printer product lines and general IT service architectures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Willingness to travel within the Karawang and surrounding areas.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
