Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather critical project information and ensure deliverable timelines
- Support HRBP team in comprehensive project planning, execution, and evaluation
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to maintain project alignment and transparency
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular progress reports
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting project efficiency
- Develop project documentation including briefs, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Collaborate with business units to integrate HR initiatives with operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR project coordination or business partnership experience
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in project planning tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance
- Experience in e-commerce or tech industry strongly preferred
