As our HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end human resources management, with a strong focus on Compensation and Benefits (C&B). You will work closely with management to drive employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and maintain accurate documentation. We are looking for a candidate who is not only technically proficient in HR policies but also possesses the interpersonal skills to support our diverse workforce effectively.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including personnel data maintenance and employment contracts.
  • Oversee Compensation and Benefit administration, including payroll processing, insurance, and tax reporting.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal company regulations.
  • Support employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct performance management cycles and provide administrative support for annual reviews.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to assist management in decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
  • Solid understanding of Compensation & Benefit structures and payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and HRIS software.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional ethics.
