Zipzap Corporation, a prominent leader in custom apparel manufacturing and corporate uniform solutions, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist / HRBP to join our growing team in Bantul. As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a dedicated HR professional who can bridge the gap between organizational strategy and day-to-day operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for factory and office staff.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair application of company policies and handling grievances effectively.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and administrative compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to drive high productivity and employee engagement.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upskill staff and enhance operational workflows.
- Act as a strategic business partner to management, providing data-driven insights on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with Indonesian labor regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
- Experience in the manufacturing or garment industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Residency or willingness to relocate to Bantul, DI Yogyakarta.
