Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality talent.
  • Oversee performance management systems to drive high productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Develop and monitor HR budgets and compensation structures.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and modern talent management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
