Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality talent.
- Oversee performance management systems to drive high productivity and continuous improvement.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Develop and monitor HR budgets and compensation structures.
- Foster a positive work environment and manage internal communications to boost employee retention.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and provide coaching to management teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and modern talent management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
