Tanggung Jawab
- Assess and overhaul existing traditional HR workflows to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles, from sourcing top talent to onboarding.
- Manage employee performance appraisal systems and drive continuous professional development.
- Handle payroll administration, attendance monitoring, and complex employee relations issues.
- Foster a positive and collaborative company culture through effective internal communications and engagement programs.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a senior HR specialist role.
- Proven track record in successful organizational development or system implementation.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, startup-like or evolving work environment.
