PT Digibook Sarana Promosi Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated HR People Development Specialist to join our team in Semarang. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our internal leadership landscape, ensuring that our outlet teams are not only equipped with the right skills but are also prepared for future career advancement.
As part of our HR department, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between current employee performance and organizational goals. You will work closely with outlet management to identify training gaps, foster a culture of continuous learning, and implement robust assessment programs that identify high-potential talent ready for the next step in their career path.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across outlet operations.
- Develop and implement structured leadership training programs to enhance management capabilities.
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring sessions to foster employee engagement and performance improvement.
- Design and manage assessment tools to evaluate employee readiness for promotions and career progression.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives through feedback and performance data.
- Collaborate with department heads to align development programs with company-wide business objectives.
- Maintain organized records of training activities, participant progress, and assessment outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically in People Development, Training, or Learning & Development.
- Strong understanding of competency-based training methodologies and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff at all levels.
- Proficient in creating engaging training materials and presentations.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to process TNA data and assessment results.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple development projects simultaneously.
