Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
