Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations
- Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts effectively
- Conduct performance management processes and provide coaching to HR team members
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align HR initiatives with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in recruitment strategies and talent management
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
