Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Coordinate recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Facilitate orientation sessions and continuous professional development workshops
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR coordination or training roles
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certificate in Training & Development preferred
- Experience in cross-cultural workforce management
