Tanggung Jawab
- Identify training needs through job analysis, career pathing, and regular consultation with department managers.
- Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Create high-quality training materials, including manuals, slide decks, and digital learning assets.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, surveys, and performance data.
- Onboard new hires by coordinating comprehensive induction and orientation programs.
- Manage the training budget and identify cost-effective external training resources when necessary.
- Maintain employee development records and track certification progress for all team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on Learning & Development or Training.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
