In this role, you will be the driving force behind our staff development initiatives, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a fast-paced environment.

As our Training & Development expert, you will have the autonomy to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that align with our company culture and operational objectives. We are looking for a proactive communicator who thrives on building talent pipelines and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify training needs through job analysis, career pathing, and regular consultation with department managers.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Create high-quality training materials, including manuals, slide decks, and digital learning assets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, surveys, and performance data.
  • Onboard new hires by coordinating comprehensive induction and orientation programs.
  • Manage the training budget and identify cost-effective external training resources when necessary.
  • Maintain employee development records and track certification progress for all team members.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on Learning & Development or Training.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
