Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across all departments
- Develop and monitor KPI frameworks to measure HR effectiveness and employee performance
- Oversee comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Lead organizational development initiatives to optimize workforce structures and processes
- Manage employee relations, engagement programs, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze workforce trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives aligned with company values and vision
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in recruitment methodologies and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in HR analytics and performance management systems
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CHRP) is highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated team development experience
- Strategic thinking ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
