Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or International Trade
- Minimum 2 years' experience in export-import coordination
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and labor laws
- Proficiency in HR documentation systems and trade software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple regulatory compliance requirements
- Certification in trade compliance or logistics preferred
