You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from the initial onboarding experience to performance management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition for all employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases and personnel records in compliance with company policies.
- Handle General Affairs tasks, including office facility management, procurement of office supplies, and vendor relations.
- Conduct regular performance management tracking and support department heads in appraisal processes.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and company industrial relations policies.
- Prepare monthly reports on HR metrics, including attendance, overtime, and turnover rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws, labor regulations, and industrial relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse workplace stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with high integrity and confidentiality.
