We are seeking a dedicated HSE Executive to join KJFEM in Jurong East. As a key member of our operations team, you'll ensure all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards are rigorously implemented across the organization. This role involves developing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements. You'll drive a proactive safety culture through employee training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies aligned with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to implement corrective actions
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for employees across all departments
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management and pollution control
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare regulatory compliance reports
- Collaborate with management to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Professional HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE role within industrial/manufacturing sector
- Deep knowledge of Singaporean OSHA and environmental regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis
- Excellent communication abilities for training and stakeholder engagement
- Proficient in safety management software and reporting tools
