We are seeking a highly experienced and safety-driven HSE Marine Manager to join our operations in Balikpapan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across our marine operations, ensuring full compliance with international maritime safety regulations and local legislation. You will lead a culture of 'safety-first,' providing technical expertise to mitigate operational risks and maintaining the integrity of our marine assets.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marine logistics, offshore safety protocols, and emergency response management. You will work closely with project managers and crew members to foster a proactive safety environment, drive continuous improvement in safety performance, and lead incident investigation processes to prevent future recurrences.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain marine HSE policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections for all marine vessels and offshore operational sites.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and international maritime standards (e.g., SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code).
- Provide expert HSE training and safety briefings to marine crew and shore-based personnel.
- Manage emergency response drills and ensure the readiness of safety and rescue equipment.
- Analyze safety performance data to identify trends and report progress to executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in HSE management, specifically within the marine or offshore industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISM Code, ISPS Code, and international maritime safety regulations.
- Certified in HSE professional standards (e.g., NEBOSH, K3 Migas, or equivalent).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in incident reporting software and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to travel to offshore/remote marine project sites in the Kalimantan region.
