We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor who also possesses strong skills in Quality Control (QC) and Drafting to join our growing team in Banjarmasin. Reporting directly to the Owner, this role is pivotal for our upcoming portfolio of projects.
As our Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for precise cost estimation, material planning, and ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality. You will play a key role in the technical documentation phase by creating accurate technical drawings and ensuring design compliance. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and wants to make a direct impact on project outcomes from inception to completion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities (BOQ) for new construction projects.
- Develop and update technical drawings using CAD software to ensure design accuracy.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain strict Quality Control (QC) standards.
- Monitor material usage and project expenditures to ensure adherence to the budget.
- Liaise directly with the Owner to report project progress, technical status, and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with contractors and site staff to ensure blueprints are implemented correctly.
- Maintain documentation of all technical specifications and variations during construction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, QC Engineer, or Drafter in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and estimation techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to report clearly to executive stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan.
