Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and facilitate safety induction training for new employees and ongoing safety workshops for current staff.
- Manage the investigation of workplace accidents, near-misses, and incidents, providing detailed root-cause analysis reports.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all personnel.
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and waste management protocols.
- Prepare and present HSE performance reports to management on a monthly basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified K3 Umum (General OHS) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian safety laws and ISO 45001/14001 standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and report writing.
