Wani Resources Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and disciplined HSE Officer to join our team in Landak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our safety culture, ensuring that all site operations adhere strictly to Indonesian national safety regulations and internal corporate standards. As we operate in the construction sector, your primary mission is to proactively identify hazards, mitigate operational risks, and foster a 'safety-first' mindset among our field teams.

You will be responsible for site inspections, incident reporting, and the continuous improvement of our health, safety, and environment management systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Develop and implement site-specific safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessments (HIRADC).
- Monitor and enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all construction zones.
- Facilitate regular safety toolbox meetings and induction training for employees and subcontractors.
- Maintain comprehensive records of incident reports, safety statistics, and permit-to-work documentation.
- Lead investigations into workplace accidents or near-misses and propose effective corrective actions.
- Ensure all heavy equipment and machinery onsite meet statutory safety certifications and maintenance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HSE role within the construction or mining industry.
- Possession of a valid K3 Konstruksi certification (General or Construction) from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations (UU No. 1 Tahun 1970) and ISO 45001 standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing behavior onsite.
- Willingness to be stationed in Landak, Kalimantan Barat.
