PT. Karya Buana Granitindo is currently seeking a highly motivated and disciplined HSE Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key member of our construction operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities strictly adhere to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a 'Safety First' culture, conducting rigorous site inspections, and mitigating operational risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and provide corrective action plans.
- Lead safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and specialized training programs for staff and contractors.
- Manage the investigation of workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses and prepare detailed root cause analysis reports.
- Oversee the maintenance and availability of safety equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety protocols into the daily construction workflow.
- Prepare comprehensive HSE performance reports and metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Valid K3 Konstruksi certification (General or Construction) from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and train personnel at all levels.
- Proficiency in analyzing safety data and preparing professional documentation.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk management.
