Pear Tree is seeking a highly skilled HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of our customer relationship management strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement complex automations within HubSpot Workflows to streamline lead nurturing and sales follow-ups.
- Manage CRM data hygiene, structure, and segmentation to ensure accurate reporting and targeting.
- Develop and maintain third-party integrations (e.g., Slack, Zapier, custom APIs) to connect HubSpot with other business tools.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Leverage AI-driven features in HubSpot to optimize content creation, personalization, and lead scoring.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with broader business objectives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize the CRM user experience for internal teams.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM Specialist, Marketing Operations Manager, or similar role.
- Deep technical knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS.
- Strong understanding of automation logic, CRM data structures, and reporting best practices.
- Experience with API integrations and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Information Technology is preferred.
