Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize and manage HubSpot workflows, including lead scoring, forms, and automation rules.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on email marketing and landing pages.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to report on ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
- Maintain and clean CRM data to ensure accurate reporting and segmentation.
- Conduct A/B testing on marketing assets to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features and best practices for Asia markets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist with a focus on HubSpot CRM.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for email and web editing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a contract/temporary capacity.
