Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs aligned with Indonesian labor laws
- Administer employee benefits, compensation structures, and performance management systems
- Conduct employee relations activities including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Organize training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate workforce analytics for strategic decision-making
- Support organizational development initiatives including succession planning and talent retention strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in pharmaceutical or multinational manufacturing environments
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No.13/2003) and HR best practices
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
- Certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CHRP) are advantageous
- Proven experience in employee engagement programs and change management
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
