PT. NICHIEPLAST is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our HR operations, supporting our workforce, and ensuring that our internal processes run efficiently. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about talent management, employee relations, and maintaining administrative excellence within a fast-paced industrial environment.
As a key member of our HR department, you will serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries, recruitment coordination, and employee data management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in the full spectrum of HR functions while contributing directly to the organizational success of PT. NICHIEPLAST.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR database systems.
- Provide comprehensive support for day-to-day HR administrative operations and internal workflows.
- Coordinate with department heads to assist in manpower planning and internal resource allocation.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes to ensure legal compliance.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and company regulations to maintain a productive work environment.
- Manage employee attendance records, leave management, and payroll administrative support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar personnel management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data.
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
