Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily school operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for students and staff.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and talent development.
  • Supervise financial operations, including budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and internal audits.
  • Ensure full compliance with educational regulatory requirements and internal organizational policies.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and operational updates for the executive leadership team.
  • Coordinate facility management and vendor relationships to maintain high standards of physical infrastructure.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline administrative workflows and reduce operational overhead.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in school administration, operations management, or integrated office management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between teachers, parents, and administrative staff.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial and personnel information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
