Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily school operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for students and staff.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and talent development.
- Supervise financial operations, including budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and internal audits.
- Ensure full compliance with educational regulatory requirements and internal organizational policies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and operational updates for the executive leadership team.
- Coordinate facility management and vendor relationships to maintain high standards of physical infrastructure.
- Implement process improvements to streamline administrative workflows and reduce operational overhead.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in school administration, operations management, or integrated office management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between teachers, parents, and administrative staff.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial and personnel information.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
