Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client entities, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Manage and calculate statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB in accordance with Malaysian regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee master data in the HRIS system, ensuring confidentiality and data security at all times.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation reports, variance analysis, and year-end tax reporting (Form E & EA).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing professional and timely resolutions.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities and auditors regarding payroll compliance and statutory filings.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to onboard new clients and optimize payroll workflows.
  • Stay updated on changes in local labor laws and tax regulations to ensure continuous compliance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration within a fast-paced environment or payroll outsourcing firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and statutory requirements (LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO).
  • Proficiency in using payroll software/HRIS and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
