Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on candidates for various departments.
- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees, especially Mandarin-speaking staff, addressing inquiries related to company policies, benefits, and local regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and Mandarin-speaking employees, including translation of documents and direct interpretation during meetings or discussions.
- Administer employee attendance records, leave management, and payroll inputs accurately and timely.
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing mediation and conflict resolution when necessary, particularly for expatriate staff.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and assist with training and development initiatives for employees.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a Human Resources role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin (oral and written communication skills are essential).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in using HR software/systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
