Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Oversee bank reconciliations, expense reporting, and financial record-keeping systems
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support operational planning
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit preparation
- Maintain accurate vendor and client financial records and resolve discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with CPA license preferred
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in HVAC or service industries
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Tax Code (BIR) and accounting standards (PFRS)
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex financial data
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and variance analysis
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
