Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and ventilation components
- Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on electrical/mechanical components following safety protocols
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to optimize system efficiency and longevity
- Document service reports, parts usage, and customer communications accurately
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale commercial projects and emergency service calls
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and mentor apprentices
- Stay updated on EPA refrigerant handling regulations and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all operations
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in HVAC Technology, Refrigeration Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience (junior) or 5+ years (senior)
- Valid EPA 608 certification or equivalent refrigerant handling qualification
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Strong diagnostic skills for electrical circuits, compressors, and refrigeration cycles
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently in field service environments and physical job conditions
