- Oversee daily HVAC operations on-site to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain alignment with project specifications and timelines
- Implement and monitor energy efficiency protocols across all HVAC installations
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation including reports, performance metrics, and compliance records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC operations coordination or project management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy efficiency standards, and sustainable practices
- Certification in HVAC operations or project management (e.g., LEED, PMP) is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in project management software and documentation systems
