Are you a driven technical professional with a passion for climate control solutions? Daikin Applied is looking for an energetic HVAC Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Daikin, bridging the gap between our industry-leading HVAC technology and our clients' complex engineering needs. You will manage a defined territory, identifying new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and building owners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the Surabaya territory.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients and engineering consultants.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to expand market share in the HVAC sector.
- Provide technical support and expert consultation to clients during the design and bidding phases.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly reporting on market trends and forecast data.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure project specifications meet client requirements.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to build brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC, construction, or building services industry.
- Deep understanding of HVAC systems, cooling load calculations, and energy management principles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
