Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain chiller plants to ensure optimal energy efficiency and system reliability
- Provide 24/7 standby support during critical operations and emergency situations
- Collect, analyze, and report operational performance data using monitoring systems
- Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance procedures
- Prepare technical documentation including service reports and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system optimization strategies
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Train junior technicians on HVAC system operations and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on HVAC service or maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of chiller plant operations and HVAC system components
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and system diagrams
- Experience with data collection tools and reporting software
- Valid HVAC certification (e.g., EPA 608) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and under pressure during emergencies
