Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor chiller plant systems to ensure peak efficiency and reliability
- Provide 24/7 standby support for HVAC equipment emergencies
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC components including compressors, pumps, and controls
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical system failures
- Execute system repairs and component replacements using technical schematics
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed service reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams for system optimization projects
- Comply with all safety regulations and company maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on HVAC service experience (chiller plant operation essential)
- Technical certification in HVAC/R or equivalent mechanical training
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control logic
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools including multimeters, pressure gauges, and HVAC software
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional on-call duty
- Ability to read technical manuals and mechanical blueprints
- Good physical condition for equipment access and confined space work
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
