Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and air handling units
- Provide 24/7 emergency response and technical support for critical facility systems
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules and system optimization to ensure energy efficiency
- Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Document maintenance activities, repair reports, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and retrofits
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance protocols
Kualifikasi
- Certified HVAC Technician or equivalent technical qualification (e.g., SIRIM, BEMT)
- Minimum 3 years experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and automation
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Petaling/Selangor region
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, gas analyzers, pressure testers)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Good physical condition for equipment lifting and confined space work
