Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems on marine vessels and offshore platforms.
- Ensure all marine A/C and refrigeration projects strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize system efficiency and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC and refrigeration issues using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
- Mentor junior technicians, sharing technical knowledge and best practices to foster team growth.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for project records and compliance.
- Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Marine Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marine or Offshore HVAC.
- Strong working knowledge of air conditioning cycles, refrigeration systems, and control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Physically fit and willing to travel to Singapore (Tuas) for station duties.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass or eligibility to obtain one.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
