Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects
- Lead and mentor team of HVAC technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring quality standards
- Conduct system inspections, performance testing, and preventive maintenance scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and client specifications
- Manage project budgets, inventory control, and equipment procurement
- Develop technical documentation, reports, and improvement recommendations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Valid HVAC certification (e.g., EPA 608, NATE) or equivalent technical credentials
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, ductwork design, and energy management
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in HVAC diagnostic tools, CAD software, and building management systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for complex mechanical and electrical systems
