Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units, and cooling towers.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults in heating and cooling equipment.
- Ensure laboratory temperature and humidity levels are strictly maintained according to safety standards.
- Replace filters, clean coils, and perform ductwork adjustments to ensure optimal airflow and energy efficiency.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for system improvements and cost savings.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory accurately in digital logs.
- Adhere to all local safety regulations and company policies regarding chemical handling and electrical work.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and pneumatic controls.
- Familiarity with laboratory facility standards and environmental control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems under pressure and provide effective solutions.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions and heights.
- Valid TESDA certification or license is highly preferred.
